Canberra 2011: When Pastel Meets Neon



Here is my second trip to Canberra last spring to pop in on Floriade - Canberra's Spring Flower Festival 2011, which is the biggest flower festival in Australia. I was wearing pastel from head to toe, then I added bright neon pink handbag to neutralize the look.
